BELGIAN SPECIALITIES
TYPICALLY BELGIAN
Our tarts of the day are displayed on the broad counter to set your tastebuds tingling. Raspberry, lemon meringue, fresh fruit or chocolate, delicious with Corica coffee, which is roasted in Brussels and served in the city’s best brasseries.
Authentic recipes passed on from chef to chef are what makes the difference. Whether you order mussels, quiche, tart, vol-au-vent, meatballs in tomato sauce or carbonnade, your dish will have that little extra touch, that typical flavour of Brussels. Frozen chips? Not here! We serve only home-made chips from noon to night!
And whether you have them as a dessert or at tea-time, our home-made waffles and hot chocolate are just what you need, as our local regulars can testify.
Home-made
Although the locals love a piece of tart in the morning or at teatime, we’re even better known for our large wedges of quiche, made to traditional recipes we’ve been using for over 30 years, and to which our brasserie owes its renown. People come from far away to try them or enjoy them again.
